Join HOPE Kidney Patients Association (HKPA)

• If you are a patient and would like to join the Kidney Patients Association to support their efforts in helping other patients like you, please complete the form below.
• Existing Members can also update their details using the same form i.e. Change of Address, Phone Number, Email Address or choose to receive your newsletter by Email.
• Existing Members can also unsubscribe* as they may no longer need to receive the newsletter due to the passing of a loved one. Although the HOPE KPA works closely with medical staff, patient confidentiality regulations preclude them from making the KPA aware of these circumstances. We have to rely on the family contacting us. Thank you!
• The HOPE KPA is an organisation run by kidney patients for kidney patients and is  completely free of charge. Please note that your details will be held on computer by the Association in complete confidence and will not be communicated to any other organisation without your permission and in compliance with the Data Protection Act. Registering your details with us will enable us to send you a quarterly newsletter by post or email.
